The Group Facilitation Course is a 4-day experiential program that teaches the knowledge, skills and experiences necessary to run groups with competence and confidence. Core training is considered a prerequisite for advanced practice in group work. The course examines the scope of practice, types of group work, group development, group processes and dynamics, group leadership, conflict management and standards of training and practice for group facilitators.

Each day builds on material learnt from the day before.
