HOW TO BEST HELP A GROUP REACH ITS’ GOALS: LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN
Learn to coach self effectively first, in order to best guide others through personal change.
As facilitators and group leaders our very nature is one of helping others. Interestingly though, how often do we give ourselves the same level of attention?
What parts of our life could use some transformation? Which of our thoughts are working for us, and which are working against us? How does our emotional
world feel? If we were to make change happen, what exactly would it look like and what options are available to us to initiate it? What steps would
we need to take and what would we need to anticipate as we move through our transition to new thinking and/or behaviour?
This workshop offers group leaders the opportunity to experience the process of personal change on an intimate and individual level (Morning Module), then
use that fresh depth of knowledge as an enrichment for homing the skill of guiding future group participants through thought provoking and inspirational
experiences – Hands on rehearsal in small groups (Afternoon Module).
